1. The Promoter

This prize draw ("the Draw") is run by Trader CRM, 10, 7 Hoffmans Road, London E17 6ZD ("the Promoter", "we", "us").

2. How to Enter: Paid Entry Route

To enter via the paid route, sign up for a free 14-day trial of the Trader Subscription at tradercrm.uk, or subscribe directly without a trial, then have an active, paid Trader Subscription at the time entries are reviewed. Each eligible subscriber receives one entry into the Draw, regardless of when during the promotional period they subscribed. There is no minimum subscription length required to be entered into the Draw. However, see Clause 6 for the minimum subscription term required to remain eligible to receive the prize if selected as the winner.

3. How to Enter: Free Postal Route

No purchase or subscription is necessary to enter. If you do not wish to subscribe to Trader, you may enter for free by post. Write your full name, email address, and the words "TRADER DRAW ENTRY" on a postcard or sealed envelope, and post it to Trader CRM, 10, 7 Hoffmans Road, London E17 6ZD. One entry is allowed per postcard, and multiple postcards from the same person will only count as one entry. Postal entries carry exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries and are entered into the same prize draw. Postal entries must be received before the draw takes place, so please allow sufficient time for delivery.

4. Eligibility

This Draw is open to UK residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entry is limited to one per person, regardless of entry route or number of Trader accounts or subscriptions held. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Trader CRM are not eligible to enter.

5. Promotional Period

The Draw opens on 21 June 2026 and has no fixed closing date. Entries will continue to be accepted, and the Draw will not take place, until the Promoter records a minimum of 200 currently active, paid Trader Subscriptions among eligible entrants (the "200 Threshold"). This is a live count, not a cumulative total of everyone who has ever subscribed during the promotional period. If a subscriber cancels before the 200 Threshold is reached, they no longer count towards it, and the Draw will continue to remain open until 200 active subscriptions are recorded at the same time. Once the 200 Threshold is reached, the Draw will take place within 7 days. The Promoter will give reasonable notice on its Instagram and Facebook pages once the 200 Threshold is reached and a draw date is confirmed.

6. The Prize

One winner will receive a £200 Screwfix gift card. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. Winners who entered via the paid subscription route must maintain an active, paid Trader Subscription for a minimum of 1 month from their original sign-up date to remain eligible to receive the prize. If a winner cancels their subscription before this minimum term is met, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. Entrants who used the free postal route are not subject to the minimum subscription term, as no subscription was required to enter.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, paid and postal combined, once the 200 Threshold has been met. The winner will be notified by email, using the email address associated with their Trader Subscription for paid entrants, or the email address provided on their postal entry for postal entrants. The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified. If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. The Screwfix gift card will be issued electronically to the winner's nominated email address within 14 days of confirmation.

8. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name and county or region may be announced on the Trader CRM Instagram and Facebook pages following the draw. Full winner details are available on request by emailing the Promoter, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected for the purposes of this Draw, including name, email address, and postal address where applicable, will be used solely to administer the Draw and contact the winner. It will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately opted in. Data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at tradercrm.uk.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Draw at any stage if deemed necessary, without liability, but will act fairly and reasonably in doing so. This Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Screwfix or its parent company. This promotion is not a lottery, and entry via the free postal route does not require payment or purchase of any kind. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
