How do I invite a Business partner?
Send an invite link from the Team section. Once they create an account and subscribe, you can grant them full access to manage your customers and jobs alongside you.
Do I pay for my sub-contractors?
No. Every user manages their own £5.90 subscription. This allows them to maintain their own private business records while collaborating on the specific jobs you share with them.
What can a sub-contractor see?
You have total control. Only the jobs and tasks you choose to tag your sub-contractors in will be visible to them.
Can I use this on my phone and desktop?
Yes. The app syncs in real-time across all devices. You can take photos on-site with your phone and handle your admin on a laptop later.
Who owns the data I upload?
You do. If you stop collaborating with a partner or sub-contractor, you retain all your records, notes, and photos within your own account.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. It’s a rolling monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time through your account settings with no exit fees.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You’ll be prompted to add your payment details to keep using the app. If you don't, your data remains safe, but your access will be restricted until you subscribe.
